How long will data be stored?

Data contained on contracts and powers of attorney; Until the statute of limitations for contractual claims.
Settlement documents; Books and related documents until the expiry of the statute of limitations for tax liability, unless otherwise provided by tax laws.
Warranty-related documents; Warranty and complaint documents will be processed for 1 year after the expiry of the warranty or settlement of the complaint.
Data for marketing purposes; In the case of data processing on the basis of consent – until it is withdrawn; – In the case of data processing on the basis of KOMA Sp. z o.o.’s legitimate purpose. – Until an objection is lodged.
Data provided using the contact form; For a period of 3 years to maintain the principle of accountability.

What rights do you have?

Each data subject has the right of access to the content of their data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal (as long as the processing is based on consent).
In addition, if the processing we carry out violates the provisions of the RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Provision of data is necessary to conclude a contract with KOMA Sp. z o.o.. For the rest, the provision of data is voluntary.
