The scope of work of the service includes warranty and post-warranty service of the equipment we manufacture, its adjustment and regular annual inspections.
The aim of the service is to keep the equipment in full working order.
Technical inspections of animal stunning equipment
Annual inspections guarantee that the correct deafening parameters, which are necessary for the correct and safe operation of the device, are maintained.Only a working device with current verification complies with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 2006/95/EC. Our company performs such a service and issues the necessary certificates.
The purpose of the annual inspection of equipment and tonearms is to determine their technical condition and the degree of wear and tear of individual parts or components, as well as to rectify any faults and damage.
The completed inspection form should be sent electronically or attached in hard copy to the unit to be sent.
The device should be clean and properly protected against possible damage during transport.
In the event that repairs or inspections are carried out by other companies with electrical authorisation, the manufacturer is not responsible for the technical condition of the appliance and its safe operation.
